Lake Buena Vista, FL – Guests celebrating the Fourth of July at Walt Disney World Resort will have a choice of fireworks shows plus other patriotic treats – including appearances by “Benjamin Franklin” and “Betsy Ross.”
The spirit of the Fourth of July is up in the air after dark, and three Disney parks will be making a bang, with Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios presenting special pyrotechnics and Epcot adding a patriotic “tag” to its famous “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth” spectacular.

The wait is over, Wizarding World of Harry Potter is now open at Islands of Adventure in Universal Studios Orlando and we were there. Our journey started very early in the morning, took us through a long, hot four hour wait but when we did get in it was all so worth it. Estimates were that over 5,000 people were vying for entrance to the grand opening of the Wizarding World and some people didn’t get in, the crowds were that large.

Orlando, FL – One of the most widely anticipated theme park entertainment experiences ever created – The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort – is set for a public grand opening on June 18.
Universal Orlando Resort has also revealed details about what is expected to be one the most exciting theme park experiences ever created: Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. It will be one of three themed attractions within The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, including Flight of the Hippogriff and Dragon Challenge.
