In 1997 the original Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant opened in Tampa. This restaurant has five distinctive buildings in five locations that offer very different dining experiences. The restaurant in Orlando is located at Historic Church Street Station in the heart of downtown. It has beautiful cathedral ceilings, a magnificent central tapas bar and a large, yet warm, lounge with live flamenco music.

The feast began with a greeting from the King and his princess then came the introduction of the knights, on their horses with all their colors and banners flying; our knight was the green knight and from there the pageantry began.
Kirby Collins and I were there to see the premier of the new show and weren’t disappointed it was an entertaining feast for the eyes not just the stomach.

There’s never been a better time to take a cruise from Florida. The cruise lines are continuing to add new vessels and they are getting bigger and more luxurious with each new ship. The new Disney Dream, sailing from Port Canaveral has the first ever on board water coaster that plunges you over the side of the ship and the Allure of the Seas, the biggest ship on the water today, has several ‘neighborhood’ style sections including a Central Park themed area for passengers to enjoy. New cruise cabins are available and prices are good too. Here are the latest, greatest ships sailing to many exotic ports of call.
