The Omelet Station; Unique Cocoa Beach Restaurant Still Breaks a Few Eggs

July 27th, 2007

By Kirby Collins

Cocoa Beach, FL – I found a new and totally unique Cocoa Beach restaurant aptly named “The Omelet Station” and they have best real egg Omelets I’ve had in a while.

I had the “Surf ‘N Seasoned” with shrimp, spinach and Jack cheese. Others in my party had the “Carnivore”, a meat lover’s delight and the “South of the Border” with jalapenos, Jack cheese, southwest black beans and topped with chili. Others had wraps, pancakes and sandwiches, everybody was happy.

The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and also features a buffet where they cook omelets to order. The service was really good and the staff was friendly.

The Omelet Station is located at 5590 N. Atlantic Ave. in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
